Dietary Aide/Cook

Cooks, prepare and provide the highest quality and safest food possible to patients, cafeteria clientele, staff and catered events. Preforms a variety of duties concerning the sanitation and safety of the Nutrition Services Department in accordance with established food service standards and practices.

Salary Description: $17.60 - $22.88 per hour

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

• Provides meals to patients at assigned times and/or on demand to provide appropriate nutrition during their stay.
• Cooks and prepares food items to fulfill the weekly menu and provide a variety of nutritional options for customers.
• Serves food to customers coming through the cafeteria and at special events, to provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Complies with HACCP and Food Code regulations.
