Dietary Aide/Cook (will train) Part-Time Float position between 1st and 2nd shifts, rotating weekends

White Oak Kings Mountain is a 154-bed skilled long-term nursing care and short-term rehabilitation center. We are seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide who is flexible and can work both 1st and 2nd shifts. We’re looking for a dependable, service-minded individual who wants to help create an excellent dining experience for our residents every day.

Wages are based on your years of experience!

Schedule

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Alternating weekdays and weekends

• Flexibility to work both shifts is REQUIRED

What You’ll Do

• Serve meals to residents in assigned neighborhoods

• Prepare and stock dietary carts for meal service

• Monitor proper food temperatures

• Restock dinnerware, utensils, beverages, snacks, and condiments

• Complete daily cleaning and sanitation duties

• Follow food safety standards and department procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and team-oriented

• Strong customer service skills

• Flexible scheduling availability

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
