We are currently seeking a Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our Culinary Services team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys food preparation, teamwork, and making a positive impact through excellent service.

What You'll Do:

As a Culinary Services Associate, you will support daily food preparation and dining operations while helping provide high-quality meals and exceptional service to our residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare ingredients and complete daily food preparation tasks according to production needs
• Review production sheets and prepare items according to menu requirements
• Assist with meal preparation, plating, portion control, and food presentation
• Ensure meals are prepared and served with quality, consistency, and attention to detail
• Garnish and plate meals according to established standards
• Maintain accurate food temperature logs and follow food safety procedures
• Prepare and organize resident meal trays and assistive dining equipment
• Assist with Health Center dining services and resident meal services
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, equipment, carts, and food preparation areas
• Label, date, and properly store food items following safety guidelines
• Help monitor food supplies and reduce food waste
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection control procedures
• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, families, and team members
• Perform other duties as assigned
