Dietary Aide – Full-Time & Part-Time

White Oak of Burlington, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Dietary Aides. We’re looking for dependable, service-minded individuals who want to help create an excellent dining experience for our residents every day.

Schedule

• 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

• 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM

• Alternating weekdays and weekends

• Flexibility to work both shifts preferred

What You’ll Do

• Serve meals to residents in assigned neighborhoods

• Prepare and stock dietary carts for meal service

• Monitor proper food temperatures

• Restock dinnerware, utensils, beverages, snacks, and condiments

• Complete daily cleaning and sanitation duties

• Follow food safety standards and department procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and team-oriented

• Strong customer service skills

• Flexible scheduling availability

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Full-Time Benefits
