Position Details:

Employment Type: Part-Time (8–34 hours/week)
Shift: AM Shift | Morning & afternoon hours | No late nights
Schedule: Rotating
Pay: $15.00/hour
Multiple openings available

What You’ll Do:

Serve meals and beverages to residents in a warm, attentive, and respectful manner
Assist with dining room setup, table service, and post-meal breakdown
Support the kitchen team with food prep and plating as needed
Honor resident dietary preferences and individual requests
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

Senior living dining experience preferred
A friendly, patient, and service-oriented personality
Dependable and flexible with a rotating schedule
No certifications required — we will train you!

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
Areas of Responsibility

Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
Label and date all food.

Required Qualifications

Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.
Food serving experience preferred.
