Dietary Assistant
Summary
Prepares patient meal plans, forecasts food production, and assists clinical dietitians in a hospital setting, ensuring dietary needs are met with direct customer service.
Responsible for the preparation of menus for all diet types and daily forecast for food production and assisting the clinical dietitian and diet technicians. Directly communicates with patients regarding meal preferences and diets. Provides direct quality customer service in all aspects of the job.

Required Qualifications:
- National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
- Direct customer service experience.
Preferred Qualification:
- Food service experience in health care setting.
