What You’ll Do as a Dietary Manager:

Prepare meals for residents, including special diets and modified textures
Help develop menus and meal plans based on resident needs
Assist with resident dietary assessments and care plans
Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation standards are met
Supervise kitchen staff and support daily operations
Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For in a Dietary Manager:

ServSafe or CDM certification preferred
Experience in a dietary or healthcare setting (long term care preferred)
Knowledge of nutrition, dietetics, and special dietary needs
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with care plans and resident-centered care a plus
