Fiddler's Green Manor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation center, a 82-bed facility located in the heart of Springville, New York, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dietary Manager to join our team. As a valued member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, preparation, and serving of nutritious meals to our residents. Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and food service
Supervise and train dietary staff, including cooks, servers, and housekeepers
Coordinate with the nursing department to ensure that special dietary needs are met
Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Monitor food costs and inventory, making recommendations for cost-saving measures
Collaborate with the executive chef to develop menus and specials

Minimum 2 years of experience as a dietary manager or in a related field
