We are looking for a Dietitian for collective catering to join one of our centers in Boadilla del Monte. The person hired will be responsible for the preparation and customization of the center's menus, controlling and guaranteeing quality and nutrition standards.

What you'll do

• Prepare and sign off on menus.

• Customize menus and adapt them to food allergies and intolerances.

• Manage the allergen list and communicate to the kitchen the portions of each preparation that need to be cooked for each type of diet.

• Administrative tasks.

• Quality control.

• Must maintain a close relationship and contact with the kitchen team.

• Identify and report any nutrition and dietetics issues detected.

• Prepare special diets and referrals.

• HACCP control (mandatory and important).

• Nutritional workshops.

What we're looking for

• Education: Higher Level Training Cycle in Nutrition and Dietetics, University Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, or similar.

• Proven experience in the hospitality, catering, restaurant, or related sectors.

• 2 – 3 years of experience in similar roles.

• Ability to work as part of a team, organize tasks, and resolve unexpected issues effectively.

• Strong communication skills with both clients and the different managers of the facilities, as well as with the staff under their supervision.

• Schedule: mornings, 40 hours from Monday to Sunday, with two days off according to the collective agreement.
