- Conduct nutrition assessments and evaluate individual dietary habits, lifestyle behaviors, and health goals in an employer-based clinic setting.
- Assist individuals in establishing realistic, measurable, and sustainable health goals.
- Participate in employer health fairs, wellness events, biometric screening events, and other employee wellness activities.
- Build positive relationships with employer contacts, human resources representatives, and employee wellness committees.
- Assist in developing and implementing nutrition and lifestyle wellness programming for employer groups.
- Stay current on nutrition research, wellness trends, and evidence-based approaches to behavior change.
- Monitor program participation and identify opportunities to improve employee engagement.
- Required Credential(s):
- Dietitian/Nutritionist credentialed from the Commission on Dietetic Registration obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Educator specializing in Diabetes Management.
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
