Digital and AI Solution Product Manager
We are seeking a Tech Product Owner to take end-to-end ownership of IRIS's technology product portfolio, covering product direction, the commercial case, hands-on development, deployment into client environments, and the delivery plan that brings each product to market.
The role requires a genuine balance of technology and business capability. You will make the build decision and the commercial decision: what a product costs to build and run, what a client will pay for it, and whether the return justifies the investment. Depth on only one side of that will not carry the role.
This is a single-owner position. It suits someone who can set product direction, argue the business case in front of the firm's leadership, and still build to a production standard personally.
What You Will Own
You will own IRIS's portfolio of technology products, currently spanning:
Learning and capability development platforms
Talent assessment, skill profiling, and career development platforms
People and organization analytics platforms and dashboards
AI-enabled workflow products for enterprise and small business
Expert network and digital content platforms
Client-specific diagnostic and assessment platforms
You will also own the commercial case behind each of them: what it costs to build and serve, what it sells for, and the return it delivers. Decisions on which products enter or leave the portfolio sit with this role.
What You Will Do
Product strategy and ownership
Set product vision, roadmap, and priorities across the portfolio, and justify the trade-offs to leadership
Translate consulting methodology and client requirements into defined, buildable specifications
Hold requirement sign-off and design freeze for each release, and control scope change
Own the underlying data model: job architecture, skill and competency taxonomy, assessment logic, and data contracts
Commercial ownership
Build the business case for each product: development cost, cost to serve, pricing, and expected return
Define the commercial model with leadership: licensing, subscription, or per-employee pricing, and the packaging and tiers that follow from it
Track unit economics by product and by client, and act when margin erodes
Make and defend the investment call: build, buy, partner, or discontinue
Define and track the measures that prove client value: adoption, retention, and business impact
Market and business development
Maintain a working view of the HR technology market, competing solutions, and where IRIS can differentiate
Work with consulting teams and clients to establish what clients will pay for, and shape the roadmap to it
Support business development through product demonstrations, proposals, and technical and commercial scoping
Translate People & Organization business problems into product requirements, and product capability into client value
Development
Build production software across the stack: frontend, backend, APIs, database, and integration
Apply AI-assisted development as a primary working method, from prototype through to production
Implement AI capability within the products, including prompt design, evaluation, and guardrails
Maintain performance, reliability, security, multi-tenant data isolation, and access control over employee data
Define and enforce engineering standards: architecture, code review, testing, CI/CD, and release management
Client deployment
Conduct discovery on client site and translate findings into configuration and build
Resolve data and systems integration, including client source systems and off-system data
Configure and commission each client instance, and run pilots and user acceptance testing
Support adoption after go-live: administrator training, documentation, and usage measurement
Delivery management
Build and own the delivery plan for each product: milestones, dependencies, and committed dates
Track progress, identify slippage early, and re-plan accordingly
Manage risks and blockers, and escalate the decisions required from leadership
Report status and commercial performance to leadership in a decision-ready format
Productization and partner management
Define what is core product, what is configuration, and what remains bespoke, and design for repeatability
Direct the external development partner on specification, acceptance, scope, and timeline
Mentor the internal technology team and enable consulting teams to deliver the products
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Three-Five or more years building and delivering digital products, including full ownership of at least one product taken to production
Demonstrated full-stack development across frontend, backend, data, and integration, to a production standard
Commercial judgement: able to build a business case, reason about pricing and cost to serve, and defend an investment decision
Ability to engage clients and leadership on business outcomes rather than product features
Practical fluency with AI-assisted development
Product and project ownership: requirements, roadmap, prioritization, scope control, and delivery across teams outside direct reporting lines
Ability to lead discovery with senior client stakeholders and communicate conclusions clearly
Professional proficiency in Thai and English
High ownership, and accountability for outcomes
What Sets Candidates Apart
Experience owning a product's commercial performance: pricing, margin, or a product P&L
A consulting, strategy, or business analysis background alongside hands-on engineering
Experience converting a service or consulting solution into a repeatable, priced product
Solutions engineering or client-deployed product experience
Delivery of assessment platforms, LMS, HR technology, or B2B SaaS
Production experience with large language model features
Experience directing an external development vendor against a specification
Understanding of the People & Organization domain and PDPA requirements
What You Will Get
End-to-end ownership of IRIS's technology product portfolio, commercially as well as technically
Direct work with the firm's directors, partners, and live client engagements
A role at the intersection of consulting and product development in an AI-first firm
