Description

Grace Loves Lace is the largest direct-to-consumer bridal fashion brand worldwide. With global boutiques and a huge presence across the US and Europe, GLL has become a leader in the modern bridal world. An opportunity has become available for an experienced Digital and Performance Marketing Lead to join our HQ team based in beautiful Burleigh Heads.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the execution of our digital performance marketing strategy, specialising in paid media, SEO/AEO, conversion optimisation, lead generation and analytics. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role, where you will be responsible for planning, implementing and optimising multi-channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition, improve conversion and support global boutique appointments, virtual appointment bookings and online sales growth.

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong background in performance marketing and hands-on campaign execution. This role focuses on delivering measurable results across paid digital advertising, organic search and conversion optimisation, rather than overseeing every aspect of digital marketing.

You will confidently manage budgets, optimise campaigns and report on performance within a global brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of digital performance marketing strategies across paid media, SEO/AEO and lead generation, driving qualified traffic, boutique and virtual appointment bookings, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimise paid advertising across Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, affiliate partnerships and emerging channels.
  • Plan and optimise full-funnel campaigns using audience insights, A/B testing, creative development and performance data to maximise ROI and improve conversion rates.
  • Lead SEO/AEO activities, including technical and on-page SEO, organic content optimisation, local search visibility and emerging AI search experiences.
  • Optimise boutique and virtual booking journeys using lead-quality data, appointment outcomes and website insights to improve conversion and cost per booking.
  • Manage paid media budgets, campaign tracking, attribution and digital analytics, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, product feeds and UTM parameters.
  • Deliver regular cross-channel reporting, insights and recommendations, maintaining a consolidated digital performance dashboard and shared campaign calendar.
  • Collaborate with the Creative, Ecommerce and wider Marketing teams to develop effective campaigns, align channel strategies and enhance the customer journey.
  • Manage affiliate and referral partnerships, identify link-building opportunities and support digital campaigns for Wholesale and Retail teams.
  • Stay across industry trends, emerging technologies and digital best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency and growth.

Essential Knowledge & Experience Required

  • 5+ years' experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally within a high-growth or ecommerce-led business.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing significant paid media budgets across Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and other performance channels.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, SEO/AEO, conversion rate optimisation, affiliate marketing and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with technical and on-page SEO, organic content optimisation, search visibility and local search.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and relevant SEO tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and optimise integrated digital strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present performance insights and recommendations.
  • Strong organisational and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Alignment with the Grace Loves Lace mission and G.R.A.C.E. values.
  • Experience in fashion, luxury or consumer-led ecommerce brands is beneficial.

Although we value the time and effort you have taken to apply for this role, we will only be contacting candidates who have been successful in progressing to the interview stage. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration in joining GLL.
