Digital Asset Management Full Stack Developer

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Asset Management (DAM) Full Stack Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise-scale DAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience, expertise in cloud-native technologies, and a solid understanding of DAM platforms, asset lifecycle management, and retail business processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital asset solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) applications and services.

· Build scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Node.js.

· Develop and maintain frontend and backend components for DAM workflows and user interfaces.

· Integrate DAM platforms with internal and external systems through REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and messaging services.

· Implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services.

· Design and optimize data models using MongoDB and SQL databases.

· Develop event-driven applications leveraging Kafka messaging.

· Participate in solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, and development best practices.

· Build CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality through automated testing and static code analysis.

· Monitor applications using observability and logging tools to ensure reliability and performance.

· Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.

· Document technical designs, APIs, and development standards.

Required Technical Skills

· Full-stack application development experience
