Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyse and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Work closely with the technology team to ensure successful project implementation.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify requirements and address queries.
- Support testing activities by validating that solutions meet business objectives.
- Maintain clear and organised documentation of project deliverables.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Digital BA should have:
- A solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Experience working within the technology or telecoms sector.
