Digital Banking Functional Analyst

About the role

🚀 We are looking for a Functional Analyst for the Digital Banking vertical!

What you'll do

responsible for leading requirements gathering and acting as a bridge between business needs/end customers and technical development factories, ensuring the quality and compliance of functional deliverables from initial definition to production deployment. Main ResponsibilitiesRequirements gathering, analysis, and detailed definition of functional requirements for Digital Banking projects. Design and optimization of digital processes oriented towards improving user experience and operational efficiency. Preparation and maintenance of project functional documentation (user stories, functional specifications, and manuals). Continuous liaison with end customers, business areas, and technical teams/software factories. Planning, driving execution, and implementation of digital projects. Support in software control, certification, and operational validations (UAT testing) until implementation in test environments and deployment into production. Application of corporate tools enhanced with Artificial Intelligence applied to the analysis cycle.

What we're looking for

Profile RequirementsExperience: Demonstrable experience as a Functional Analyst in Digital Banking environments or the financial sector. Technical/methodological knowledge:Mastery in the preparation of User Stories (US) and Functional Documentation (FD). Familiarity with the digital banking products and services ecosystem. Advanced use of corporate and collaboration tools: Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint) and Power environment tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate). Valuable experience in the use of Artificial Intelligence tools for requirements analysis. Soft skills: Excellent communication and liaison skills, analytical capacity, attention to detail, and teamwork.
