Digital Business Analyst
Summary
Analyzes business needs and designs IT solutions for clients, guiding software development cycles with Agile practices and stakeholder communication.
· Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design, and testing.
· Participation in at least two full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile methodology.
· Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
· Business analysis certification such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
· Past development or consulting experience.
·Knowledge or experience in at least one of the following areas: Data Analytics, Agile Methodologies, Cloud, Internet and Mobile Technologies, Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge Management, or Service Design.
