Job Summary
To drive microinsurance sales, premium income, and customer retention through digital channels and strategic partnerships. The role will also supervise the IT team and ensure the availability, security, and reliability of the infrastructure required to support business operations, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
* Master degree is an advantage
* Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in digital business, partnerships, technology management, fintech, insurance, e-commerce, or financial services.
* Experience supervising IT personnel or coordinating infrastructure, digital integrations, technology vendors, and related projects.
* Strong knowledge of digital sales, partnership development, data analysis, project coordination, cybersecurity, and data protection.
* Excellent commercial, leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
