Digital Business Development Specialist

Salary: $35,000 – $50,000 per month

Key responsibilities

• Use AI and digital tools to organise enquiries, product information, technical documents and project information for Mainland China customers, improving response time, accuracy and service quality.

• Communicate with the Hong Kong headquarters, Mainland China business units and customers to collect and organise customer requirements, product specifications, product development information and market insights.

• Follow up on product development projects, product sample arrangements, quotation preparation, specification confirmation and business communications for Mainland China customers.

• Use AI and digital tools to analyse customer requirements, enquiries and market feedback, supporting product presentations, customer proposals and commercial follow-up activities.

• Coordinate customer service, product development and supply chain information between the Hong Kong headquarters and Mainland China business units.

• Support product promotion to Mainland China brand customers, sourcing offices, product development centres and channel partners.

• Use the company's internal servers, business systems and authorised digital tools at the Hong Kong headquarters to manage customer enquiries, technical documents, certification information and product development records.

• Support customer development, product development projects, product promotion and after-sales follow-up activities to strengthen the company's business development capabilities in the Mainland China market.

Job requirements:

• Hands-on experience applying AI, automation or IT solutions to real business processes.

• Able to understand business needs and translate them into practical, workable solutions.

• Experience in process improvement, business analysis, digital transformation, workflow redesign or SOP optimisation.

• Comfortable working with different departments and stakeholders to identify and solve operational problems.

• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, RPA, Copilot Studio or AI agents is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and deliver results within a project-based environment.
