About the job

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead process readiness and maintain governance frameworks to enable the rollout of global digital business processes across sales subsidiaries

• Manage Business Process Requirements for digital business activities in Southeast Asia as the blueprint for 2nd tier CX ecommerce platform implementation within SAP Grow program

• Ensure global process alignment and standardization to governance structure

• Support in E2E user testing and training preparations for dig business projects

• Continuously optimize global dig business processes and frameworks

Your Profile:

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification

• Several years of professional experience in the e-business sector, ideally in a B2B environment

• Strong experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and their application in governance and rollout contexts is advantageous

• Demonstrated ability to work conceptually and deliver results through a structured and self-reliant working approach

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to clearly articulate requirements and progress, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

• Experience with SAP tools such as Commerce Cloud, CX, or ERP is a plus

• A proven ability to operate effectively in international and intercultural settings

• High levels of initiative, teamwork, and assertiveness, with a focus on driving process excellence and governance.

Working hours:

Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
