Digital Campaign Executive (Website Optimisation, SEO, Banking) #HDC1

A leading financial institution is looking for a Digital Campaign Executive to support its digital acquisition and website initiatives. You will coordinate campaign launches, optimise digital properties and work with marketing, product and compliance teams in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Compliance and agency partners on website updates, campaign launches and creative refreshes
• Support the implementation and tracking of digital acquisition campaigns
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign deliverables meet agreed timelines
• Support campaign fulfilment, including reward tracking, reconciliation and stakeholder coordination
• Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain campaign documentation, FAQs and operational processes
• Support Digital Acquisition Managers in website audits, fact-finding and content reviews
• Gather insights on competitors' campaigns, promotions and website experiences
• Support SEO, generative engine optimisation and conversational search initiatives through keyword research, content reviews and benchmarking
• Track industry trends and emerging digital marketing and AI-driven search developments, and share actionable insights

What You'll Bring

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline and above
• Experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination or website operations
• Knowledge of SEO and digital analytics tools is an advantage
• Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Good written communication and attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus
• Curious, proactive and comfortable working with data
