Is this a new challenge in yuu Business Development?

Partner Success & Growth

  • Act as the primary trusted advisor and day-to-day contact for assigned partners, building strong relationships at operational and executive levels.

  • Develop and execute tailored partner success plans to drive adoption of yuu features, increase member penetration, grow points earn and redemption volumes, and partner ROI.

  • Co-create and support promotional campaigns, bonus points initiatives, and cross-partner promotions to drive incremental traffic and sales.

  • Provide actionable program insights (e.g., coalition-wide trends, member behaviour, benchmarks) and translate them into partner-specific recommendations.

  • Lead regular performance check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), tracking health metrics, sharing insights, and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement and growth.

Commercial & Account Management

  • Own and manage the commercial P&L for assigned partners, creating annual plans and monthly forecasts, and taking responsibility for achieving targets.

  • Drive partner investment into offers, rewards, and campaigns that enhance value for yuu members and deliver commercial returns.

  • Negotiate and secure funding commitments, incremental contributions, and performance-linked incentives as part of campaigns, reviews or renewal discussions.

  • Support contract renewals, mid-term expansions, and commercial or fee alignment where applicable.

  • Identify and pursue additional revenue-generating opportunities within the partner portfolio and broader yuu ecosystem.

Do you have experience in Account Management?

  • 3-6+ years in account management, partner success, category/commercial management or loyalty marketing roles — ideally in loyalty programs, coalition/multi-partner ecosystems, retail, dining or financial services.

  • Proven track record driving partner adoption, engagement metrics (e.g., penetration, activity), and revenue or category growth.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to quickly understand the commercial dynamics of partner industries (e.g., retail, dining, financial services, utilities, digital platforms).

  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills — comfortable engaging at senior levels (e.g., CEOs, Marketing Directors).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into practical, commercially sound actions.

  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential, Mandarin is preferred.
