About the Role

My Haire Concierge is looking for a digitally savvy, commercially minded and highly organised Digital Concierge to manage the digital client experience, guiding clients from online enquiry to payment, booking, follow-up and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage WhatsApp, Instagram and online client enquiries.
• Respond to clients promptly and professionally.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
• Check appointment availability before requesting payment.
• Communicate approved payment instructions and verify payment evidence.
• Send verified payment and client details to the Studio Concierge for formal booking.
• Drive digital enquiry-to-payment conversion and support online service and product sales.
• Follow up warm leads, post-service clients, rebooking and subscription clients.
• Manage digital complaints and maintain accurate digital client records.
• Publish approved content across social media platforms and maintain an active Stories presence.
• Manage the content calendar and publish studio content, promotions, services and announcements.
• Support ambassador and influencer outreach.
• Provide temporary front-desk coverage when the Studio Concierge is unavailable.
• Complete required daily reports and checklists.
