Open 36d

Are you passionate about solving complex challenges with digital solutions? Do you enjoy bringing innovative ideas to life through rapid prototyping and collaborative problem-solving? This is your chance to join a growing and supportive Digital Advisory team at WSP where you’ll help shape the future of digital consultancy across infrastructure, public services, and the built environment.

You’ll work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver cloud-based digital solutions using Microsoft Azure. From working under general direction from senior peers to deliver prototypes, proof of concepts (PoCs), and minimum viable products (MVPs) to applying foundational Azure knowledge and structured delivery approaches across the software development life cycle. You will support the build, configuration, and testing of Azure services and environments, contributing to secure, scalable solutions that address client needs.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across sectors including transport, energy, water, local government and healthcare, supporting the design and delivery of data-enabled, user-centred services. This role has come about due to continued growth in our digital offering, providing you with strong development prospects and the ability to make a tangible impact from day one.

We offer a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive culture that values your growth — whether that’s through mentoring, training or gaining professional certifications.
