About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Content Designer with strong content creation and visual storytelling skills to support digital marketing and communications initiatives. The role involves developing creative concepts and engaging digital content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and digital content aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create graphics, carousels, infographics, short-form videos, thumbnails, and other visual content.
• Adapt content for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and websites.
• Develop visual stories to make technical and corporate topics engaging and accessible.
• Support content creation for events, campaigns, photography, and basic video editing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners from concept to production.
• Explore AI tools and digital trends to improve content creation and efficiency.
• Ensure all content meets brand and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, or a related field, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital content creation, visual storytelling, creative concepts, and design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro; knowledge of CapCut or similar tools.
• Good understanding of digital platforms, visual communication, design principles, and basic video editing.
• Photography skills with experience in event/corporate content creation, including videography or motion graphics.
• Creative, adaptable, and organised, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
