About The Role
We are looking for a creative, trend-obsessed and culturally connected Digital Content Marketing Co-ordinator who lives and breathes trends, storytelling, and social media. Your mission is to create thumb-stopping content that people stop, watch, share, and shop from. From capturing moments to crafting campaigns, you will transform ideas and brand stories into engaging digital content that resonates with our customers. This is not just a posting role. You will be the pulse of our brands online, bringing their voice, personality, and energy to life while creating authentic connections with our communities.
While this role will primarily support the Factorie brand, the successful candidate will also support other Cotton On Group brands (including Cotton On, Typo and Rubi as required)
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Partner with your teams to conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality content for various social medical platforms, to create Reels, TikToks, Stories, and product lifestyle shoots. Help style and shoot products for new arrivals, promotions, and campaigns. Support the creation of graphics using Canva / Adobe for price drops, promos, and in-store events. Source, curate and manage content from influencers and the community, ensuring brand alignment across local and relevant global campaigns. This role also requires appearing on camera as talent/presenter as part of content creation, in addition to shooting and editing.
Social media management: Support content scheduling, community engagement and influencer/UGC content co-ordination, ensuring all content aligns with campaign objectives and local market trends. Stay updated on all relevant social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Performance reporting: Track and report on social, influencer and PR campaign performance, maintaining accurate records of campaign success, engagement and ROI. Track content performance (reach, engagement, saves, website clicks and sales) and provide reports on what worked and what to improve, as and when required.
Key working relationships: Work closely, on a day-to-day basis, with Visual Merchandising (VM), Merch, PR and agency partners, in addition to the broader Marketing and Communication team locally and globally.

Requirements
• Matric
• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2-4 years proven experience as a Content Creator in retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle environment.
• Solid experience in content creation across TikTok/Instagram/Reels and expert in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop). Strong portfolio of evidence will be required
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms and retail trends.
• Great copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence collaborating across internal teams, agency partners, influencers, media and global partners.
• Analytical skills to track and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable own vehicle (non-negotiable).
• Comfortable appearing on camera as talent/presenter, not only shooting and editing content.
• Willingness to work after hours and over weekends from time to time, particularly around launches and events.
