About the Role

Permanent Capital Ventures is seeking a creative and digitally savvy Digital Content & Social Media Specialist to strengthen its online presence and drive meaningful engagement.

The ideal candidate should combine content creation, social media management, graphic design, videography, video editing, and email marketing to create compelling content that supports brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and publish engaging content across digital platforms.
• Manage social media platforms and implement strategies to grow engagement and brand awareness.
• Create graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and other visual assets.
• Plan and produce videos, including filming, editing, captions, and publishing.
• Develop content calendars aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Create content for property showcases, campaigns, product features, and industry insights.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Monitor social media and email performance and provide improvement recommendations.
• Stay updated on digital content trends, emerging formats, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, or a related role.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
• Strong graphic design and video production/editing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and content development abilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video, social media, and content creation work.

Tools & Platforms

Experience with relevant tools such as:

• Social Media: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X
• Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma
• Video: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve
• Email Marketing: Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar
• Analytics/Management: Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar
• Candidates do not need experience with every tool listed but must demonstrate strong proficiency with relevant industry-standard tools.
