Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 per year

Digital, Data & ICT Manager | Health & Social Services NFP | North Shore, Auckland

$110,000 to $120,000 + excellent benefits.

Open to both Permanent or 12-month fixed-term contract options (with strong potential to go permanent).

An established and growing not-for-profit organisation delivering health and social services from offices across New Zealand is looking for a Digital, Data & ICT Manager to be its senior internal lead for technology, digital systems and information governance.

Reporting to the GM Finance & Corporate Services, this is an organisation-wide role. You’ll work with the Chief Executive and leadership team, and attend board or committee discussions on digital, data and technology risk.

The organisation uses a co-sourced model. External partners deliver infrastructure, cybersecurity and implementation. You’ll own the roadmap, suppliers, governance and outcomes, and stay hands-on enough to resolve day-to-day issues.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the CRM and case-management programme from discovery and procurement through to implementation and adoption, with Dynamics 365 among the platforms in scope

  • Owning a practical digital and technology roadmap

  • Managing managed-service and technology vendors, contracts and performance

  • Building information governance, data ownership and data quality across the organisation

  • Overseeing Microsoft 365, identity and access, and the reliability of ICT services

  • Maintaining the technology risk register and coordinating cybersecurity and privacy assurance

  • Developing and managing the ICT budget, licences and renewals

  • Building staff confidence with technology through training and adoption support

What you’ll bring

  • Experience managing ICT, digital systems or technology services, ideally in a complex or multi-site organisation

  • A track record managing technology suppliers, contracts, budgets and escalations

  • Experience owning a CRM, case-management or enterprise system initiative

  • Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, with Dynamics 365, Power Platform or Dataverse a big plus

  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy, information governance and business continuity

  • Confidence explaining technical matters to senior leaders and boards in plain business language

  • A calm, practical approach and strong stakeholder skills

  • Health, social services, not-for-profit or public-sector experience is desirable but not essential

This role would also suit a senior business systems or digital lead who has owned major implementations and is ready for their first ICT management role.

Why apply

  • 5 weeks annual leave, plus your birthday off

  • Medical insurance and wellbeing benefits

  • Work phone with unlimited calls and data

  • KiwiSaver at 3.5% and onsite parking

  • Board-level exposure, with scope to grow the function as the organisation grows

  • Full time, based on the North Shore, with potential for some flexibility once settled

You’ll need to be an NZ citizen or resident to apply.

To apply, send your CV to tom@talentledger.co.nz or call Tom Askham on 09 873 0854 for a confidential conversation.
