We are looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to support a major redevelopment programme in Hawke’s Bay.
This role will lead and coordinate digital delivery across a complex programme, working closely with project teams, technical specialists, infrastructure teams and key stakeholders. You will help ensure digital and technology requirements are considered throughout the planning, design and delivery phases.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and coordinate digital delivery activities across the programme
- Work across digital, infrastructure and wider programme teams to align delivery
- Manage priorities, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
- Coordinate digital requirements through planning and design
- Work closely with technical specialists, vendors and other delivery partners
- Support design assurance and ensure digital requirements are reflected in programme plans
- Provide clear reporting and updates through programme governance
- Build strong relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups
- Identify and resolve delivery issues to keep workstreams moving
- Strong experience in Digital Delivery Manager, Technology Delivery Manager or similar roles
- Experience delivering digital or technology work within large, complex programmes
- Strong understanding of digital infrastructure and technology delivery
- Experience working across multiple teams, workstreams and dependencies
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of programme governance, planning, risk and reporting
- Experience working within large infrastructure, construction, facilities or redevelopment programmes would be an advantage
- Comfortable working in a complex environment with changing priorities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
