🎯 Your Mission

You'll combine creative design with digital marketing, helping build a strong and consistent brand across every customer touchpoint. From designing websites and marketing materials to supporting campaigns and improving user experience, you'll play a key role in how K Charles is seen by customers and partners.

🚀 What You'll Do

• 🎨 Design modern websites, landing pages and marketing materials.

• 💻 Create intuitive user experiences and website designs using Figma and WordPress.

• 🌐 Build, update and optimise company websites.

• 📱 Create engaging graphics and content for social media.

• 🚀 Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns.

• 📈 Improve website UX/UI, SEO, responsiveness and performance.

• 🤖 Use AI tools to speed up and enhance your creative workflow.

• 📊 Maintain a consistent visual identity across all online and offline channels.

• 🤝 Work closely with different teams to bring ideas to life.

• ✅ Own projects from concept to launch, delivering high-quality work on time.

✅ What We're Looking For

Essential

• 🎯 At least 1 year of experience in graphic and web design.

• 🎨 Strong experience with Figma and WordPress.

• 💡 Good understanding of UX/UI, responsive design and website optimisation.

• 📂 Portfolio showcasing your design work.

• 🗂 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• 🔍 Strong attention to detail and a proactive, independent mindset.

• 🤝 Great communication and teamwork skills.

• 📈 Commercial mindset—you understand that good design supports business growth.

• 🇬🇧 Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• 🤖 Experience using AI tools for design or content creation.

• 🔍 Basic SEO knowledge.

• 🎥 Video editing or motion design skills.

• 📢 Experience supporting social media or digital marketing campaigns.
