We're seeking a Digital Experience Business Analyst to support Council's digital transformation by analysing, redesigning and improving community-facing and internal business processes.

In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to map customer journeys, identify improvement opportunities, and design simpler, more efficient services that enhance customer experience. You'll play a key role in supporting the implementation of a modern CRM platform, driving digitisation, automation and continuous improvement.

About You

  • Experienced in business analysis, process improvement or service design.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and requirements gathering.
  • Passionate about customer experience and human-centred design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with digital transformation or CRM projects is highly regarded.
