At Airworks, we create some of the world's most extraordinary inflatable structures for live entertainment, events and immersive experiences.
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Fabrication Technician to join our Studio team in Weesp. In this role, you'll transform digital designs into production-ready patterns, prints and labels, helping our production teams bring spectacular custom-made inflatables to life.
You'll work with specialised printing and plotting equipment, prepare production files, and ensure materials are ready for fabrication. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining technical skills, digital tools and practical production work while working in a fast paced team environment.
What you'll do
Prepare and manage digital plot and print files
Operate large-format plotting and printing equipment
Produce patterns, labels and production materials
Perform quality checks and maintain production records
Maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment
Manage stock levels of fabrics, inks and workshop supplies
Support fabrication and finishing activities when required
What we're looking for
Experience in digital production, fabrication, print production or a technical workshop environment
Familiarity with software such as CorelDRAW, Photoshop or similar design tools
A technical mindset and interest in production processes
Strong attention to detail and quality
A proactive, hands-on attitude
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Not required but preferred:
Driver’s license B
Forklift diploma
