As our new Digital Front End Developer, you’ll design, build and optimise digital products and experiences across CareSuper’s website, Member Online, mobile app and related platforms. Reporting to the Digital Delivery Manager, you’ll play an important role in delivering reliable, scalable and user-centred digital experiences that support member engagement, conversion and service delivery.

About the role
As our new Digital Front End Developer, you’ll design, build and optimise digital products and experiences across CareSuper’s website, Member Online, mobile app and related platforms. Reporting to the Digital Delivery Manager, you’ll play an important role in delivering reliable, scalable and user-centred digital experiences that support member engagement, conversion and service delivery.
You will:
- Develop, test and maintain high-quality digital experiences across CareSuper’s web and digital platforms.
- Work closely with UX, product, marketing, digital experience and technology teams to translate design and experience requirements into functional digital solutions.
- Lead front-end development for Sitecore pages, templates, reusable components and complex digital builds.
- Support platform integrations across CMS, CRM, marketing technology and related digital experience platforms.
- Identify and resolve defects, performance issues and optimisation opportunities, helping improve site performance, usability, accessibility and engagement.
- Participate in agile delivery practices and ensure solutions align with architecture, security, privacy, compliance, DevOps and release requirements.
We’re looking for a collaborative and delivery-focused developer who enjoys building digital experiences that genuinely make things easier for members. You’ll bring strong technical capability, sound judgement and a focus on quality, accessibility and continuous improvement.
- Experience in front-end or full-stack development, with strong capability across HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks or libraries.
- Experience working across websites, portals, mobile apps, CMS platforms or digital experience platforms.
- Exposure to CMS platforms, APIs, integrations and marketing technology, with Sitecore or SitecoreAI experience viewed favourably.
- Familiarity with agile delivery, sprint planning, testing, release processes and continuous improvement practices.
- An understanding of digital performance, usability, accessibility, security and compliance requirements, ideally gained in a regulated environment.
- A relevant qualification in IT, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
