Key Responsibilities

• Lead site-level digital integration and enterprise system deployment projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, site leadership, IT teams, and global stakeholders.
• Drive deployment activities including testing, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Ensure successful adoption of digital solutions while maintaining GMP compliance and operational continuity.
• Manage stakeholder communication, issue escalation, and project execution across manufacturing sites.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading site-level digital/IT/manufacturing projects.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and GMP-regulated environments.
• Experience with enterprise system deployments (SAP ERP, MES, Planning, Quality Systems).
• Knowledge of testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and global/multi-site deployment programs.
• Familiarity with change management, deployment methodologies, and Lean/Operational Excellence is an advantage.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
