The purpose of this role:
As a Digital Learning Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management, optimisation, and technical support of our learning platforms, ensuring they deliver an exceptional experience for learners, facilitators, and stakeholders. You will oversee platform administration, including user account management, role configuration, content organisation, and system performance monitoring. Working closely with end users, you will provide technical support, manage and respond to system-related queries through ServiceNow and the team inbox, troubleshoot issues, and develop user documentation to support platform adoption and engagement.
You will also be responsible for uploading, testing, and maintaining digital learning content, ensuring courses, assessments, videos, and other learning materials meet accessibility and platform standards. The role will support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing, system updates, and content validation to ensure a seamless user experience.
What you’ll need to make it possible
- Experience administering Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), including Cornerstone (CSOD), Docebo, or equivalent platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and user issues
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholder communications during system changes, upgrades, and rollout activities
- Knowledge of user management, role configuration, content uploads, and system administration within LMS/LXP environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience supporting testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), content validation, and system testing
- A customer-focused approach to providing technical support and responding to system-related queries through ServiceNow or similar support channels
