Looking to gain hands-on marketing experience with a global medical technology company? Join us as a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support patient marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia!
Key Responsibilities
Create patient-education blog articles and website content on laser vision correction using AI tools, following briefs, SEO keywords, and healthcare advertising guidelines.
Adapt and resize marketing materials for different Southeast Asian markets.
Design simple social media and event visuals.
Support doctor events and congresses by preparing materials, invitations, shipments, and post-event follow-ups.
Coordinate clinic requests for marketing collateral.
Track content, video, and website project timelines, follow up on approvals, and maintain organised files.
Assist with purchase order and invoice tracking.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Good written communication and content creation skills.
