Ecog Core Technologies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to support our digital marketing initiatives across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, content creation, digital advertising, and performance tracking. This role involves working closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to execute campaigns and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
  

• Monitor and improve ad performance to generate more leads.
  

• Create, schedule, and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  

• Write simple and engaging captions for social media posts.
  

• Work with graphic designers and video editors to create marketing content.
  

• Track campaign performance, leads, and other marketing results.
  

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  

• Support basic SEO activities and website content updates.
  

• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversions.
  

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and Meta Ads features
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
  
• Social Media Management
  
• Content Planning & Scheduling
  
• Basic understanding of Performance Marketing
  
• Knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI)
  
• Basic SEO knowledge
  
• Canva (Basic Design Skills)
  
• MS Excel / Google Sheets
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  
• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Social Media Marketing
  
• Experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
  
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools is an added advantage
  
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus
