Due to the development of the business, ACL is seeking an IT savvy,
forward-thinking and creative, Digital Marketing Coordinator, to join
their growing team on a fulltime basis.
About the Position…
The position involves managing an eCommerce website including
blogging, case studies and digital content creation, as well as
maintaining the website, social media channels and digital marketing
activities to enhance brand growth and exposure. You will also be
required to deliver regular reports of campaign results including web
analysis and evaluation of KPIs and execution of paid advertisements to
drive sales, conversions and maximise ROI.
Further Duties Include:
- Execute and improve company marketing strategy and marketing automation opportunities
- Maintain the online platform to improve customer satisfaction, sales and conversions
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders - IT, Logistics, Buying,
Planning and Marketing to create and share product data and images
- Perform regular scenario testing to ensure smooth operations of the website frontend
- Monitor and manage incoming issues/bugs from internal and external
and coordinate necessary resources to resolve in a timely and organised
manner
- Manage and create guide/training resources to assist customers in operation of the website
The Ideal Candidate…
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years Digital and eCommerce
experience (B2B experience advantageous) with strong IT skills and the
ability to write and interpret basic HTML as well as other relevant
website coding.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have:
- Familiarity with SEO, Google ads and website analytics (BigCommerce & HubSpot)
- Understanding of how API integrations work (BigCommerce, NetSuite & Celigo)
- Digital graphic design experience
- Ability to communicate with both prospective and existing customers
- Proactive, passionate and self-motivated
- Be able to work autonomously, as well as be a part of a small team
About the Benefits…
The company is offering a full-time (40 hour) working week, an

where hours can be adjusted based on the suitability of a work-life
balance. They are offering a base salary in the vicinity of $60,000 per
annum, plus superannuation (which is negotiable and dependant on
