Details:

• 6 Months Contract

Duties:

• Conduct research on demographics, behaviours, and emerging trends to understand user needs and preferences
• Monitor online platforms to identify relevant conversations, trends, and opportunities
• Support sourcing and proposing deals, promotions, and offerings aligned with user interests
• Assist in creating and updating digital content to ensure it is relevant and timely
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather materials and ensure accuracy before publishing
• Handle basic content management tasks such as uploads, tagging, and performance tracking
• Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve content effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to translate insights into actionable initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education
• Comfortable with cold calling
