Digital Marketing Coordinator

You will plan and execute digital campaigns across channels. You will manage the content calendar, prepare campaign briefs, coordinate agencies and internal stakeholders, track digital KPIs, analyze campaign results, and support marketing initiatives across digital and non-digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the digital marketing content calendar
• Set campaign direction and prepare briefs aligned with business objectives
• Execute digital campaigns from planning through performance measurement
• Brief external agencies on campaign requirements
• Coordinate with the Social Media Coordinator and internal stakeholders
• Track and analyze digital KPIs and campaign performance
• Report campaign results across digital channels
• Provide marketing support to business and operations teams

Requirements

• University degree or certificate in digital marketing marketing communications or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience
• Experience developing and delivering campaigns
• Experience tracking KPIs and results
• Ability to develop creative briefs independently
• Experience with Canva and AI tools
• Excellent writing and digital copywriting skills
• Successful digital and overall marketing campaign experience
• Experience with non-digital marketing campaigns
• Experience identifying target audiences objectives and messaging
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience briefing external agencies
• Fluency in French and English
• Work authorization in Senegal
