The company is a fast-growing global FMCG company supplying leading retailers for the past 25 years across North America, Australia, Europe and Asia.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role exists to grow awareness, engagement and sales for the client's consumer brands through digital marketing, affiliate partnerships, ecommerce optimisation and AI-driven execution.

We're looking for a commercially minded marketer who embraces AI, takes ownership and enjoys moving quickly.

You'll own the day-to-day execution of digital marketing activities while helping leadership focus on strategy, innovation and growth.

AI - FIRST MARKETING

This is an AI-first role.. You will be expected to use AI every day to improve productivity, creativity and marketing performance. You should be confident using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and emerging AI tools for content creation, research, reporting, workflow automation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Marketing

  • Own execution of digital marketing campaigns supporting major retail customers and future retail partnerships.
  • Own affiliate marketing and UGC campaigns.
  • Manage social media scheduling, community management and customer engagement.
  • Respond to customer enquiries using the client's communication guidelines. Where unsure, prepare a draft response for approval before sending.

Ecommerce

  • Own ecommerce growth initiatives and website optimisation.
  • Support subscription growth, email marketing and retention campaigns.
  • Report weekly on sales, inventory and sell-through.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales velocity through digital marketing, affiliate activity and ecommerce.

Affiliate Marketing & UGC

  • Recruit and manage affiliate partnerships across multiple retail campaigns.
  • Coordinate UGC creation and manage campaign budgets.
  • Deliver affiliate campaigns around product launches and promotions.
  • Target campaigns across key consumer demographics, including Gen Z, Gen Alpha, Millennials, Gen X, Boomers and multicultural audiences, depending on campaign objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in digital marketing, social media or ecommerce.
  • Strong AI capability with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar.
  • Experience managing consumer brand social media.
  • Strong Canva, CapCut, Descript and Shopify skills.
  • Commercial mindset with excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • FMCG or ecommerce experience preferred.
