What You'll Do

• Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and display platforms
• Assist with audience targeting and campaign scheduling
• Monitor campaign performance and flag any issues
• Create and schedule email marketing campaigns
• Support customer database management and audience segmentation
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports
• Support A/B testing and analyse campaign results
• Coordinate digital marketing materials with designers and creative teams
• Support SEO activities such as keyword research and content optimisation
• Research audience behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities
• Maintain campaign schedules and track deliverables

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, Arts Management, or a related discipline
• Experience in content management, proofreading, administrative support, or programme coordination is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms
• Strong organisational and communication skills with good attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new digital marketing tools
