Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

• Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM,Social Media)
• Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps to provide a better user experience.
• Collaborate with teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
• Regularly reporting and receiving guidance from the Director on marketing strategies and performance.
• Supporting other corporate marketing and related communications needs of the company from time to time. These include marketing, internal and recruitment communications.
• Address all queries from customers on a timely & courteous
• Able to manage company accounts in FB, Instagram, Tik Tok and XHS
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess degree or advanced diploma in marketing, digital communications or another relevant discipline.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Candidate needs to possess good command of languages to be able to manage both the English and mandarin social media of our group
• Candidate must be able to manage both our English and mandarin websites
