Discussion

This role keeps the digital marketing engine running day to day. The Executive sets up and monitors campaigns under the direction of the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager, keeps the CRM clean and correctly attributed, handles first-line WhatsApp and email responses, and produces the weekly numbers the manager uses to make decisions.

It is an execution role with a clear development path. The holder is expected to become the person who knows where every lead came from and why a campaign moved, without yet owning the budget or the strategy.

Campaign execution

• Set up, launch and monitor Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns as briefed by the manager.

• Build audiences and creative variants for retargeting and lead generation campaigns; flag underperforming ad sets daily.

• Track spend against approved budgets and raise variances before they become overspend.

CRM and lead management

• Enter, tag and route enquiries, broker registrations and portal leads in the CRM within the agreed turnaround time.

• Maintain source attribution on every record; run weekly hygiene checks on duplicates, missing sources and stalled leads.

• Keep live inventory portals updated with current availability and pricing as instructed.

Email marketing

• Build and schedule drip campaign emails and newsletters in the email platform from approved copy and creative.

• Maintain broker and buyer lists, segmentation and unsubscribe compliance.

• Report open, click and reply rates after each send.

Reporting and competitor monitoring

• Compile weekly performance data (CPC, CTR, cost per lead, conversion rates) into the standard reporting template.

• Maintain the competitor tracker: campaigns, pricing moves, launches and messaging observed each week.

• Contribute to the monthly performance and benchmarking report prepared by the manager.

Landing pages

• Build and update landing pages in Unbounce from approved layouts and copy; run pre-launch checks on forms, tracking tags and mobile display.

• Draft ad-group-specific page copy for manager review.

WhatsApp and community support

• Provide first-line responses on the official Business WhatsApp within the agreed response window; escalate qualified leads and complaints to Sales or the manager.

• Log every WhatsApp conversation as a lead or enquiry in the CRM.

• Monitor comments and messages across social channels and flag issues or opportunities.

Content, social and website support

• Draft blog posts and vlog scripts for manager and Creative Manager review; publish approved content to the website and social channels.

• Maintain the content calendar and coordinate asset delivery with the Creative Manager.

• Keep property listings on the website accurate, complete and visually current; apply basic on-page SEO to new pages and listings.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

• Around 1–3 years in a digital marketing or marketing coordinator role, or a strong internship record with hands-on ad platform exposure.

• Working familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; can set up a campaign from a brief.

• Experience entering and maintaining data in a CRM; attention to detail on attribution and records.

• Clear written English for customer replies, email builds and short-form web copy.

Comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets for basic reporting.
