We're Network. We connect homeowners with interior design firms — 120+ ID firms on our books.
Our niche: Interior Designers, Architects, Furniture Suppliers, Personal Branding. Platforms we manage: IG, FB, TikTok, YT.
Four platforms, dozens of accounts, a full creative team producing the work. What's missing is someone reading what's actually happening and changing direction because of it.
You won't design or edit. You'll decide what gets made, and you'll answer for whether the accounts grew.
What you'll do:
- Read the data and act on it — native analytics weekly. Reach, retention, saves, shares, enquiries. What's working scales, what isn't gets killed.
- Own the organic result on every account you hold
- Set direction with the consultant — they own the client relationship, you own what gets made and why
- Platform-native thinking — the same concept doesn't run the same way on TikTok and IG. You adapt it.
- Brief the creative team — complete enough to execute without follow-up
- Copywriting — captions, hooks, on-creative text in the client's voice
- Shoot scheduling and client groupchats
What we're looking for:
- 1–2 years in digital or social marketing, client-facing
- Mandarin & English
- Fluent in Meta Business Suite and native platform analytics
- You've grown an account you owned, with numbers
- Understands each platform's behaviour, not just its dimensions
- WhatsApp fluent — you reply fast
Don't apply if:
- You can't read analytics and explain what changed
- You need chasing. If we have to ask, it's already late.
- You want to run paid. That's owned. This role is organic.
