Video Content & Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Content Production - Plan, conceptualise, script, shoot, and edit engaging branding and social media videos for TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Xiaohongshu (XHS), and other relevant platforms.
2. Develop video concepts, storyboards, scripts, hooks, captions, and calls-to-action that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives
3. Coordinate and manage video shooting arrangements, including scheduling, locations, talents, trainers, learners, equipment, props, and other production requirements.
4. Social Media Management - Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS, and other relevant channels.
5. Maintain a consistent brand identity, visual direction, tone of voice, and messaging across all social media channels
6. Identify trending topics, video formats, sounds, hooks, and content styles that can be adapted to increase reach, engagement, followers, and leads.
7. Work closely with the marketing, sales, academic, and trainer teams to obtain content and develop marketing materials that support courses, workshops, events, and branding campaigns.
8. Support digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns by producing suitable creative assets, particularly video advertisements and social media content.
9. Analyse content performance and continuously improve video concepts, formats, hooks, and posting strategies based on results
10. Perform other content, social media, and marketing-related duties as assigned by management.

Primary Focus of the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is hands-on video content creation and social media execution. The role will have a strong focus on producing consistent branding videos, TikTok/Reels/XHS short-form videos, testimonial videos, course promotional content, and social media posts to strengthen brand awareness, grow social media presence, and generate leads.
