Hiring: Digital Marketing & Growth Manager — Remote

Forever Vent is seeking a highly capable, analytical, and independent marketing manager to take ownership of our digital marketing operations.

We are not looking for a virtual assistant, social media poster, or someone who simply follows instructions. We need an experienced marketing professional who can think strategically, execute independently, manage vendors, and deliver measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Develop and execute our digital marketing strategy.

Manage social media content, posting schedules, and brand consistency.

Supervise SEO, website, creative, and marketing vendors.

Manage GoHighLevel CRM, lead pipelines, automations, and workflows.

Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, booked jobs, and customer acquisition costs.

Identify wasted advertising spend and improve marketing ROI.

Provide clear weekly reports with actionable recommendations.

Coordinate with company leadership and sales/operations teams to improve conversions.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of demonstrated digital marketing experience.

Strong, hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Practical experience with GoHighLevel or comparable CRM automation systems.

Experience managing external vendors and contractors.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proven experience generating leads for U.S. service businesses preferred.

Excellent English communication.

Location: Worldwide. Preference for candidates who can overlap with Arizona business hours.

Compensation: Competitive offshore compensation, based on proven ability. Initial target /hour, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
