Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. This role is pivotal in driving high-quality leads for our German language courses, both online and offline, leveraging our hybrid LMS platform and established offline campus. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, from strategy and creative collaboration to performance analysis and optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for education technology. This is a unique opportunity to work on real campaigns with a growing brand, receive direct mentorship from the founder, and potentially transition into a full-time role based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ad campaigns (Facebook + Instagram) for lead generation
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and placements to improve performance
- Build retargeting and lookalike audiences using existing user data
- Monitor campaigns daily—pause underperforming ads, scale high-performing ones
- Set up and optimize Meta Lead Forms with qualifying questions to improve lead quality
- Track and report weekly: ad spend, leads generated, cost per lead (CPL), and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with the video editor to develop high-converting ad creatives
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (practical, not theoretical)
- Strong understanding of key metrics: CPL, CTR, CPC, and campaign objectives
- At least one completed real lead generation campaign using Meta Ads
- Basic proficiency in Canva for creating ad variations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to work on-site
- (Preferred) Experience with Google Ads, ManyChat, or WhatsApp Business API
- (Preferred) Background in education, EdTech, or language learning advertising
