Role Overview
- Ready to turn what you’ve learned about marketing into work people actually see?
- As our Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll support one of our amazing clients and get hands-on experience across content, social media, video, AI tools, and digital marketing operations.
- This isn’t an internship spent watching from the sidelines. You’ll help turn ideas into published content—from blogs and social posts to graphics and short-form videos—while supporting the behind-the-scenes marketing work that keeps everything moving.
- You’ll gain practical exposure to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WordPress, Canva, ChatGPT, Blaze AI, Descript, and other digital platforms while learning how a real marketing team takes content from idea to execution.
- You’re still learning. That’s the point.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and repurpose written, visual, and video content.
- Develop brand-ready content using approved templates and guidelines.
- Support blogs, long-form content, social media posts, graphics, thumbnails, social cards, reels, and short-form videos.
- Publish and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Perform basic video editing and create short-form video content.
- Complete basic WordPress and CMS uploads and content updates.
- Maintain organized marketing files, templates, and digital assets.
- Update marketing trackers, documentation, and internal records.
- Conduct basic research to support marketing activities.
- Coordinate and follow up on assigned marketing tasks.
- Communicate progress, questions, and blockers to the team.
- Follow brand guidelines, instructions, and agreed timelines.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, content, and multimedia.
- Particular interest in video and digital content.
- Comfortable using Canva.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or willingness to learn AI-powered marketing tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet agreed timelines.
- Ability to follow instructions and brand guidelines accurately.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and applying it to future work.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions when clarification is needed.
- Adaptable, dependable, and able to work collaboratively with different team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship, academic, project-based, or entry-level exposure to content writing, blogs, video, multimedia, marketing, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Exposure to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram content publishing.
- Familiarity with Blaze AI and Descript.
- Basic video editing or short-form content creation experience.
- Prior professional marketing experience is not required. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone at the beginning of their career.

- Work Setup: Onsite
- Location: PeoplePartners Office, Eastwood City, Quezon City
- Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM MNL.
- Career Level: Internship / Entry Level.
