Digital Marketing Manager
8allocate is a digital engineering and AI company that designs, builds, and modernizes software products, data platforms, and operational systems for international clients.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Estonia, the company operates through distributed engineering teams across Europe and Latin America.
Join 8allocate as a Digital Marketing Manager and become the driving force behind our revenue growth engine. In this role, you will own the full demand generation strategy — from account-based marketing and paid acquisition to events, automation, and AI-powered marketing operations. You will work closely with Sales and Solutions to build a predictable pipeline, launch go-to-market initiatives, and turn marketing into a measurable commercial function. We value hands-on execution, data-driven decision-making, and business impact over marketing activity for its own sake.
Cooperation: Long-term.
English: Advanced level.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, field marketing, or revenue marketing.
- Experience in technology services, software development, AI, or consulting.
- Master's degree in marketing, business, economics, analytics, or a related field.
- Hands-on, personal experience running campaigns on a CRM, a marketing automation/ABM platform, and an analytics stack.
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows (, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent) and using AI tools (Claude, GPT, etc) for content, research, reporting, etc.
- Experience working closely with sales and commercial teams, with pipeline/revenue as a shared number, not a marketing-only metric.
- Experience with website relaunch, solution packaging, or new go-to-market initiatives.
- Ability to work with different markets, cultures, industries, verticals, buyer personas, and company sizes.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
- Ability to communicate clearly with leadership, sales, solutions, clients, partners, and external vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
AI is a core requirement for this role. You should know how to apply AI, automation, and workflow orchestration to solve business problems, improve marketing performance, and create measurable impact. We are looking for practical implementation experience, not tool experimentation.
Nice to have:
- Experience in a company going through transformation or repositioning.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing demand generation programs across paid (search, LinkedIn/social), organic (SEO, content), and outbound (ABM, email, direct outreach) channels.
- Supporting company positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Conducting market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities, trends, and growth areas.
- Working closely with the Business Units to identify promising verticals, refine offerings, and improve product-market fit.
- Building and managing campaigns that generate a qualified pipeline - every campaign tied to a pipeline or revenue target.
- Driving account-based marketing initiatives against a named target account list.
- Planning and executing conference and roadshow presence: venue/booth strategy, speaker submissions, pre-event target-account outreach, on-site meeting scheduling, and post-event pipeline follow-up.
- Supporting website development, conversion optimization, and digital growth initiatives.
- Creating and promoting thought leadership content, customer stories, webinars, podcasts, interviews, and other market-facing initiatives.
- Building relationships with partners, industry communities, media contacts, and external marketing vendors.
- Supporting sales teams with campaigns, content, sales enablement materials, and market insights.
- Owning the marketing automation and analytics stack as the single source of truth for funnel data - full attribution from spend to closed-won revenue.
- Publishing a monthly, org-wide dashboard (pipeline generated, sourced vs. influenced, funnel conversion, campaign ROI) visible to CEO, Sales, and BUs - no black-box reporting.
- Managing campaign performance, reporting, and marketing effectiveness.
- You prefer managing agencies rather than building and driving initiatives yourself
- You are looking for a role focused mainly on content production, social media, or brand awareness
- You are not comfortable being measured against pipeline, commercial outcomes, and business impact
- You need highly structured environments with fully established processes before taking action
- You describe your experience only in strategic or conceptual terms, without naming specific campaigns, channels, or tools you've personally run
- You are uncomfortable working across multiple teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- You expect a large marketing team to execute your ideas
- You focus on activity metrics rather than pipeline and revenue results
- You are not interested in using AI and automation to improve marketing performance
