We are seeking a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead our content and digital initiatives. This role is pivotal in building our brand's digital presence through compelling storytelling and engaging content across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative content strategies that resonate with our audience and drive organic growth. Key Responsibilities include: - Developing and executing content strategies tailored for Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. - Conceptualizing and producing engaging video content, including Reels, Shorts, interviews, and long-form videos. - Leading content initiatives that focus on community engagement and user-generated content campaigns. - Managing content calendars, overseeing shoots, editing, and collaborating with production agencies and freelancers. - Exploring new content formats and trends to enhance content creation and performance. - Tracking content performance metrics and optimizing for organic reach and audience growth. The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the CEO, ensuring that all content strategies align with the company's vision and brand direction. This role requires a self-starter who combines creative thinking with accountability and ownership. Required Skills: - A minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation, digital media, or social media. - Strong storytelling, scripting, and creative ideation skills. - Proven experience in creating engaging content and growing digital audiences. - Hands-on understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube. - Ability to manage shoots, editors, agencies, and oversee end-to-end execution of content campaigns.
